All fee payments should be made strictly as per the timeline and structure communicated by Sarvvam.
Parents are responsible for entering accurate payment and personal details. Sarvvam is not liable for any payment failure or misdirected transaction due to incorrect inputs.
Fee payments made through the online system are deemed final and represent an acknowledgment of the institution’s fee structure and policies.
Payment gateway charges, if any, are to be borne by the payer.
Once a payment is processed successfully, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Any excess amount paid will not be refunded but shall be adjusted towards future fee payments or the next academic term.
It is the user’s responsibility to retain proof of payment for reference.
If the payment is delayed, a late fee of ₹100 will be charged.
